Don't Take Our Word For It
It was late on a Sunday night and our garage door opener malfunctioned and starting closing as we back out. Door was stuck halfway and we thought we needed a new door. We called and within an hour they came out and by some miracle he was able to fix it without needing a new door. Amazing !!!

So I was at my parents when their garage door broke, and no…I didn’t break it. ;)
We (they) called Crystal Overhead Door, spoke with Eric and in no time had a tech out to fix it.
Just like that it was fixed! Very reasonable & super professional.
Next time I break my parents garage door, I know who to call.

I have worked with Crystal Overhead Door over the years for repair and upgrade/install needs. Recently my garage door was experiencing issues due to the cold weather and George explained what I need to do to prevent the issue in the future. They provide great customer service and the pricing is fair and transparent. I would highly recommend Crystal Overhead Door for your garage door services.

Our technician, Augustine Juarez, was polite, professional, and explained the issue with our garage door plainly, and without upsell. He had it fixed in less than an hour and walked us through the array of different options for the parts he’d be using. I was very pleased with the job and with his friendly attitude. We’ll certainly continue to use “Crystal Overhead” for future garage door services. Thanks 👍🏼

We had an emergent garage situation. Eric was so kind in scheduling us and answering all of our questions. Adil came out first thing the next morning and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not only was the service way better than the last place we used, the cost was less than half. We greatly appreciated their service and would use them 100% again.

Crystal overhead provided me excellent response, professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge on repairing my super heavy garage door. On-site Gus and Ryan were terrific and I believe Eric provided additional technical help via phone. Definite grade AAA+
